This page isn’t here to convince you that ScalixAI is the right agency. It’s here to give you the information you need to decide for yourself, without spending hours digging for answers.

What is Scalix AI?

Scalix AI is a B2B paid media agency that runs Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for B2B SaaS and AI companies between Seed and Series B. Founded in 2025 by Waqas Khokhar, a former Senior Growth Manager at Google, ScalixAI is focused on what it does best, instead of dipping its toes everywhere. It does not run e-commerce, D2C, or local service campaigns. It works with SaaS and AI companies that have a real sales motion, an average contract value above roughly $5,000, and at least one account executive closing deals.

We’re specific about who we work with for a practical reason, not a philosophical one. B2B SaaS works differently. Sales cycles run 45 to 90 days, buying decisions involve multiple people, and conversions happen in your CRM, not on a thank-you page. The way you run campaigns needs to reflect that. Agencies trying to serve both B2B and quick-purchase businesses often end up using the same playbook for both, and that’s where things go wrong.‍

This mindfulness is exactly what makes ScalixAI different. Most agencies want to do everything; we focus on what we do best.  ScalixAI offers platform knowledge from inside Google and senior operators who stay in the account every day, rather than handing it off to a junior team after the pitch.

Who is behind Scalix AI?

Scalix AI was founded by Waqas Khokhar, who spent nine years inside Google as a Senior Growth Manager and managed more than $1B in ad spend during that time.

That credential is worth unpacking, because "ex-Google" gets used loosely across the agency market.

Waqas did not learn Google Ads by running client campaigns and passing a certification exam. He worked inside the company that builds the platform, on the side of the business that sets performance targets for Google's own account representatives. That means he saw which levers actually move performance, which recommendations exist to increase advertiser spend rather than advertiser return, and where the auction rewards structure over budget.

The practical difference shows up in decisions most agencies will not make. Scalix AI turned off Performance Max entirely in the Fyxer account and cut more than half of category keyword spend, because both were generating clicks instead of buyers. Those are the kinds of calls a team makes when it understands the platform from the inside rather than following the in-platform recommendation feed.

Senior ownership is built into how we operate. Every account stays close to the people making the decisions, with the founder directly reviewing strategy on the top tier. That level of involvement limits how many accounts we can take on, which is why we cap intake at three new clients per month. It’s a real capacity limit, not a marketing tactic.

What services does Scalix AI offer?

Scalix AI offers Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads management to B2B SaaS and AI companies. It also runs B2B SEO and generative engine optimization as supporting service lines.

Google Ads management for B2B SaaS

This is ScalixAI’s core service, and it’s where Waqas’s background with Google Ads comes into play. Depending on the tier, we manage Google Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube ads, and Display remarketing.

The way we structure campaigns matters just as much as the channels we use. We separate campaigns by search intent instead of putting product, competitor, branded, and problem-aware searches into one budget. That way, we can see what each type of search is actually delivering. If one campaign brings in demos at $90 and another costs $400 per demo, those numbers shouldn’t get buried in a single average. We can see what’s working, what isn’t, and where the budget needs to go.

We also make competitor coverage and brand protection part of the plan from the start. Take Tavus, for example. People were discovering the company through PR, podcasts, and referrals, but competitors were bidding on that traffic. Brand protection helped capture those visitors instead of letting them go elsewhere.

LinkedIn Ads management for B2B

LinkedIn is where Scalix AI builds demand before buyers start searching.

Google Search reaches people who already show intent, which in most B2B SaaS categories is a small fraction of the total addressable audience at any moment. LinkedIn reaches the other part of the market by company size, seniority, department, job title, and industry at the same time.

The service covers lead generation and retargeting, with campaigns built around each stage of the funnel, from awareness and engagement to bringing interested prospects back. We build audiences based on job title and seniority, boost thought leadership content to reach the right buyers, and implement Fibbler to connect LinkedIn activity to closed revenue in the CRM.

How much does Scalix AI cost?

Scalix AI charges a flat monthly fee between $6,000 and $12,000 depending on channel coverage, with a three-month minimum and no percentage of ad spend.
Plan | Monthly fee | Channels | Best fit
Search | $6,000 | Google Search and Performance Max, conversion tracking, HubSpot offline conversion imports, weekly bid and negative keyword work | Companies validating Google Ads with budgets up to $100K per month
Full Stack | $10,000 | Everything in Search, plus YouTube, Demand Gen, Display and remarketing, full audience segmentation, monthly A/B creative testing | Companies scaling Google beyond search alone
Demand | $6,000 | LinkedIn lead generation and retargeting, thought leader ad boosting, Fibbler implementation, audience builds by title and seniority | Companies building demand ahead of search intent
Full Funnel | $12,000 | Google and LinkedIn combined, cross-channel attribution via Fibbler, unified ICP and messaging strategy, dedicated Slack channel, founder review of strategy | Companies running the full demand creation to demand capture arc
Thought Leadership Ads add-on | $1,000 | Five ghostwritten LinkedIn posts per month in the client's voice, plus boosting | Existing LinkedIn clients building founder-led distribution
Three details are worth noting for anyone comparing agency quotes.

 1. There is no percentage of spend. Most paid media agencies charge 10 to 20 percent of ad spend, which means the agency earns more when the client spends more, whether or not the extra spend produces pipeline. A flat fee removes that incentive entirely. At $50,000 per month in ad spend, a 15 percent model costs $7,500 per month and rises every time budget rises. The Scalix AI fee does not move.
 2. There is no setup fee, and the three-month minimum converts to month-to-month afterward with no penalty for cancelling.
 3. Ad budget is separate and is the client's own. The fees above buy strategy, build, management, creative direction, and reporting. Media spend sits on the client's card.

What is not included: landing page design and development, video production, and YouTube or Demand Gen on the Search tier. YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns stay paused until the client supplies a 15- to 60-second video. If you do not have design and video resources in-house, budget for them separately.

What results has Scalix AI produced for clients?

The results speak for themselves. ScalixAI helped Delve generate $1.2M in closed-won revenue, and Oneleet generate over $1M. For Wispr Flow, campaigns influenced $856K in revenue, while Arini generated 90+ qualified demos in a single quarter.

Here is the full set, with the time window for each so the numbers can be read in context.
Client | Category | Channel | Window | Reported result
Delve | Compliance automation | Google Ads and LinkedIn | Apr to Sep 2025 | $7M influenced pipeline, $1.2M closed-won, traction supporting a $32M Series A led by Insight Partners
Oneleet | Cybersecurity compliance | Google Ads | 6 months from zero | $1M+ closed-won revenue, 265% increase in booked demos in Q2 versus Q1, 301 conversions across 4 campaigns in under 3 months
Wispr Flow | AI voice dictation | LinkedIn Ads | 90 days | 25 closed-won deals, $856K influenced revenue, 5.96% average CTR
Arini | AI receptionist for dental groups | Google Ads | Jan to Mar 2026 | 90+ qualified demos, 17 signed clients, 29 leads still active in pipeline, 70% growth in demo volume
Fyxer | AI productivity software | Google Ads | 12 months | 20x revenue growth, 12% of total ARR attributed to Google Ads
PAM AI | Automotive dealer software | Google Ads | Q2 2026 | $1.27M pipeline and $162K closed-won on $92.6K spend, $1.03M still active, 68% of active pipeline from branded search
Tavus | AI video and avatars | Google Ads | Jan to Jun 2026 | 902 enterprise leads across two quarters, 651 in Q2 versus 251 in Q1, Q1 CTR above 17%
Serval | AI IT service management | Google Ads | 90 days | 40 demos booked, $619K pipeline value, 27% of demos progressing to active opportunity
Portless | Logistics software | Google Ads | First 2 months | 19x return on ad spend on $24K of spend
Delve: $1.2M closed-won and a $32M Series A

Delve sells compliance automation into a market held by Vanta and Drata, two far better-funded incumbents, with Secureframe and Comp pushing from the other side. The company needed to show commercial traction ahead of a Series A, not just lead volume.

Between April and September 2025, Scalix AI worked with Delve's leadership and go-to-market teams across Google Ads and LinkedIn, prioritizing high-value opportunities and aligning marketing with sales on compliance-driven conversations.

The result was $7M in influenced pipeline and $1.2M in closed-won revenue in six months, and that traction supported a $32M Series A led by Insight Partners with participation from Fortune 500 CISOs.

This is the clearest example of what the agency means when it says it reports on pipeline rather than activity. A founder can take $1.2M in closed-won revenue into a board meeting. Nobody can take a click-through rate.

Oneleet: $1M+ from a cold start in the hardest vertical in B2B

Oneleet had no campaign history, no Quality Score, no conversion data, and growth that ran on word of mouth. It was also competing directly against Vanta, Drata, and Secureframe, whose budgets keep CPCs in that category permanently high.

So we built its entire campaign architecture, mapped keyword clusters to personas such as startup CTOs and security leads, and ran conversion tracking from click-through to booked demo.

Then it did something counter-cyclical. It increased spend and optimization in Q2, the quarter when most B2B advertisers pull back. Of course, it was because Oneleet could see the results we helped produce. Booked demos rose 265% in Q2 versus Q1, and the account produced more than $1M in closed-won revenue with a growing multi-million-dollar pipeline.

We also ran their LinkedIn Ads, and you can see the impact here.

Wispr Flow: proving LinkedIn influenced revenue, not just engagement

Wispr Flow had the problem almost every LinkedIn advertiser has. Ad data lived in one system and CRM data lived in another, so engagement could not be tied to revenue. Nobody could say whether the clicks were coming from real buyers.

Scalix AI ran a full-funnel structure across awareness, engagement against a curated enterprise account list, and bottom-of-funnel retargeting, targeting founders, engineers, VPs of Engineering, and C-suite leaders. Then it integrated Fibbler so LinkedIn ad exposure could be matched against CRM records.

Over the next 90 days, the account produced 25 closed-won deals and $856K in influenced revenue at a 5.96% average CTR.

One honest caveat, which the case study itself states: the revenue figure uses an any-touch influenced attribution model. LinkedIn is credited where prior ad exposure existed in the deal, not as the single cause of the sale. That is the standard way demand creation is measured, and it is worth knowing which model you are reading.

Arini: 17 signed clients in a single quarter

Arini is a Y Combinator-backed AI receptionist for dental groups, selling to practice owners, office managers, and DSO operators. That is a small, high-value audience with no room for wasted spend, and well-funded AI voice and dental software competitors bidding on category keywords aggressively.

Scalix AI took over the account in late December 2025. It mapped how buyers actually search, split the account into intent layers with separate budgets, built a continuous query discovery process across dental, AI receptionist, and missed-call themes, and ran competitor interception on Arini's HIPAA compliance, native integrations, and 24/7 reliability.

Between January and March 2026, the account produced more than 90 qualified demos, 17 signed clients, and 29 leads still active at quarter end, with demo volume up 70%.

What do Scalix AI's clients actually say?

On agency quality compared to prior agencies

"We've been through three agencies, and the first two were really bad. ScalixAI beats them on Google by a nontrivial amount every single month."

Nate Jones, Chief of Staff, Linq

This is the review to read if you have been burned before, which most buyers at this stage have. Nate is not comparing Scalix AI against a blank slate. He is comparing it against two agencies that failed in the same account, and he is describing a monthly margin rather than a single good quarter.

On trust and judgment

"I've been very pleasantly surprised by where this has landed. You guys have really elevated it so far, and I trust your judgment."

Matt Swulinski, Growth Advisor, Flow

"I trust your judgment" is the thing a growth lead says when they have stopped checking the work. For anyone evaluating an agency as a way to take a channel off their plate, that is the outcome being bought.

On how embedded the team becomes

"From day 1, it felt like Waqas had become a part of our team. He knows his craft inside out and has helped us stand up a paid ads engine we have confidence in."

Abdullah Baig, Founder, PamHQ

Two things are being said here. One is about the working relationship, which is the senior ownership model showing up in practice. The other is "an engine we have confidence in," which is the real deliverable for a founder who needs a forecast they can defend.

How does Scalix AI compare to Hey Digital, KlientBoost, and TripleDart?

Scalix AI, Hey Digital, KlientBoost, and TripleDart are all legitimate agencies built for different buyers. The differences lie in scope, team structure, and pricing model rather than in quality.
| Scalix AI | Hey Digital | KlientBoost | TripleDart
Primary focus | Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for B2B SaaS and AI | Paid search, paid social, and creative for B2B SaaS | Full-funnel paid media and CRO across many verticals | Full-stack B2B SaaS marketing including SEO and content
Founded | 2025 | 2018 | 2015 | 2020
Scale | Under 49 people, 3 new clients per month | 45+ full-time staff, 200+ SaaS clients served | Large multi-team agency | Large multi-service agency
Who runs the account | Senior operator end to end, founder reviews strategy on the top tier | Account team with in-house creative | Pod or team structure | Team structure by service line
Pricing model | Flat fee, $6,000 to $12,000 per month, no percentage of spend | Monthly retainer, pricing varies, typical client ad spend $10K to $100K per month | Retainer, varies by scope | Retainer, varies by scope
Distinctive strength | Nine years of inside-Google platform knowledge applied daily, plus LinkedIn and Google run as one attributed system | In-house creative production at volume | Breadth of channel and CRO testing capability | Breadth across paid, SEO, content and lifecycle
Best fit | Seed to Series B SaaS that wants senior operators and pipeline reporting | SaaS companies that need high creative throughput alongside media | Companies that want one agency across many channels and verticals | Companies that want paid and organic under one roof
If you need a large creative engine producing a high volume of ad variants, Hey Digital is built for that and has been doing it since 2018. If you want one partner covering ten channels, KlientBoost or TripleDart will cover more surface area than a two-channel specialist. If you want paid and organic in the same contract, TripleDart is structured for it.

Scalix AI is built for a narrower case. It runs paid media forB2B SaaS and AI companies between Seed and Series B that want Google and LinkedIn run as one connected system by a senior operator who does not disappear after onboarding, with reporting that ties to pipeline instead of platform metrics.

What is the demand creation to demand capture model?

The idea behind demand creation and demand capture is simple. LinkedIn helps people become familiar with your brand before they’re ready to buy, and Google helps you reach them when they start searching. At ScalixAI, we run both together so we can see how they contribute to revenue, rather than treating them as two separate channels.

Think about it this way. At any given time, only a small percentage of your target market is actively searching for what you sell. Google Ads can reach those people, but what about everyone else? They might have the problem your product solves, and they might eventually become customers. They just aren't looking for a solution yet. You can't bid on a search that hasn't happened.

That's where LinkedIn comes in. You can reach the people you want to sell to based on their company, industry, job title, department, and seniority, even when they're not actively looking for a solution. The goal isn't necessarily to get them to fill out a form right away. It's to get your brand on their radar, build trust, and make sure they know who you are when the time comes to look for a solution.

But running both channels isn't enough. You also need to understand how they influence each other. Someone might see your LinkedIn ads several times, get familiar with your brand, and eventually search for your company on Google before booking a demo. If you only look at last-click conversions, Google gets the credit, and LinkedIn looks like it did nothing. Cut LinkedIn because of those numbers, and you could be turning off the very activity that was bringing people to your brand in the first place.

That's why ScalixAI uses Fibbler for cross-channel attribution on the Full Funnel tier. It helps connect the dots between ad exposure and the revenue that follows. The PAM AI account is a good example: 68% of its active pipeline came from branded search. People were already searching for the brand, but that demand had to come from somewhere. The point is to understand what's creating demand and what's capturing it, then make decisions based on how the two work together.

What does the first 90 days with Scalix AI look like?

The first 90 days aren't about launching ads as quickly as possible and hoping the numbers improve. They're about understanding what's already happening in your accounts, fixing what's broken, getting tracking right, and building campaigns around what actually drives revenue.

Week 1: Understand what's working and what isn't

We start by getting into your existing accounts, looking at your campaign structure, reviewing performance, and seeing where your budget is going. We also look at what competitors are doing and where there's room to improve.

Sometimes, that means making significant changes before spending another dollar. With Fyxer, for example, we removed Performance Max and cut more than half of the spend on category keywords.

The goal is to stop wasting budget on what's not working and give the account a stronger foundation.

Weeks 1–2: Fix tracking before scaling spend

Before we put more money into campaigns, we need to know whether the data we're getting is reliable.

That means checking conversion events, setting up offline conversion imports from HubSpot or Salesforce, mapping GCLIDs, and implementing tools like Microsoft Clarity and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. For LinkedIn campaigns, we also install and verify Fibbler before launch.

Why do this first? Because if your tracking is broken, you're making decisions based on incomplete data. Worse, the ad platforms may optimize toward the wrong conversions, and you'll end up paying to get more of the wrong results.

Before launch: Agree on what success looks like

Before campaigns go live, we agree on the metrics that matter to your business.

For B2B SaaS, that means looking beyond leads and same-month conversions. Sales cycles can take 60 to 90 days, so we need to understand how campaigns contribute to qualified pipeline, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and payback period over time.

We track these metrics weekly, so we're not waiting until the end of the quarter to find out whether something is working.

By Day 30: Look beyond the click

Once campaigns have started generating traffic, we look at what happens after someone clicks.

Are people engaging with the landing page? Are they taking the next step? Where are they dropping off?

We conduct a conversion rate optimization (CRO) review and provide written recommendations for improving the landing page experience. The idea is to improve the entire journey, not just keep adjusting ads to bring more people to a page that isn't converting.

Days 30–90: Optimize, learn, and build on what works

From here, the work becomes an ongoing cycle of testing and improvement.

We review bids and negative keywords weekly, share progress through a weekly Slack report, and hold monthly business reviews to look at performance against the goals we agreed on. Tier A and S clients also get quarterly reviews.

Full Funnel clients have a dedicated Slack channel with a four-hour response SLA.

By the end of the first 90 days, the goal is to have a better-structured account, reliable tracking, a clearer picture of what's driving pipeline, and enough performance data to make more informed decisions about where to invest next.

Who is Scalix AI right for?

We're pretty specific about who we work with, and there's a practical reason for that.

ScalixAI works with B2B SaaS and AI companies, typically between Seed and Series B, with around $500K to $20M in ARR. You should have paying customers, an average contract value above $5,000, and at least one account executive responsible for closing deals. Our clients are primarily targeting English-speaking markets like the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

Why does that matter? Because running ads is only one part of the job. There needs to be a sales process behind the campaigns, enough budget to give them a fair shot, and a way to connect what we're doing to the revenue coming in.

You might have already tried Google or LinkedIn Ads and found that the leads weren't turning into deals. Or you might be ready to invest in paid acquisition for the first time and want to get the setup right. Either way, you should want more than someone managing campaigns and sending you a report full of clicks and conversions. We want to know what's turning into pipeline, what's closing, and where your money is going.

You'll also be working with senior operators who manage your campaigns, not a team that hands you off after the sales process. And if you're looking for Google and LinkedIn to work together rather than compete for credit, that's a big part of how we approach paid acquisition.

When ScalixAI probably isn't the right fit

If you're still pre-revenue, don't have a sales team, or haven't figured out who your product is for yet, we'd probably tell you to sort those things out first. Ads can't fix a product that isn't selling or a sales process that doesn't exist.

The economics need to make sense, too. Our retainers start at $6,000 a month, before ad spend. If your average contract value is below $3,000 or your budget can't support both the retainer and meaningful media spend, this probably isn't the right use of your money.

We're also not a full-service marketing agency. We manage paid acquisition, so if you need someone to handle your SEO, write all your content, produce videos, build landing pages, or run your email marketing, you'll need other people for that.

And one last thing: this isn't a month-one-results kind of engagement. B2B sales cycles can run 60 to 90 days, so it takes time to see how campaigns translate into closed revenue. If you need an immediate return or aren't prepared to give the work time to produce meaningful data, the expectations probably won't line up.

The point isn't that every company has to fit this profile. It's that we know the kind of business our model is built for, and we'd rather be clear about that before you spend money with us.

How does Scalix AI measure success?

Scalix AI measures success on pipeline, CAC, payback period, and closed-won revenue, with metrics agreed before launch and tracked weekly against the client's real sales cycle.

This sounds like standard agency language until you look at what it replaces. The default agency report leads with impressions, clicks, CTR, and cost per lead. Every one of those can improve while pipeline stays flat. A campaign can halve its cost per lead by buying cheaper, less qualified clicks, and the report will look like progress.

The measurement discipline here has three specific parts.

 1. Agree the metric before launch. Most engagements fail at this step rather than in the account. If the client measures demos booked this month against deals closed this month, the math never resolves, because the sale happens 60 to 90 days after the click. Setting the measurement window to the actual sales cycle at kickoff prevents good campaigns from being cut early.
 2. Pass CRM truth back into bidding. Offline conversion imports and GCLID tracking mean Google is optimizing toward qualified pipeline rather than form fills. This is the difference between the Fyxer rebuild working and not working.
 3. Report on the number the client has to defend. Weekly CAC, payback period, and pipeline. The PAM AI case study is the cleanest example of this reporting in practice: $92.6K in spend, 81 leads, $1.27M in pipeline, $162K already closed-won, $1.03M still active, and 68% of that active pipeline traced to branded search. That is a read a founder can act on.

Final take

ScalixAI is a specialist paid media agency for B2B SaaS companies that need Google and LinkedIn to generate pipeline, not just leads. It's a young agency, founded in 2025, built around Waqas's nine years at Google and a senior-led delivery model.

The strongest reason to consider ScalixAI is how that experience translates into actual account decisions. Check all the case studies.

The model is straightforward. You pay a flat retainer rather than a percentage of ad spend, and the agency takes on no more than three new clients a month. Google and LinkedIn can also be managed as a single system, with attribution linking campaign activity to pipeline and closed revenue.

If you're evaluating ScalixAI, the real question is whether its specific model fits your business. The agency's experience and case studies give you something concrete to evaluate, but you'll still want to discuss your own goals, economics, and expectations before deciding.

You can book a free audit and strategy call to review your account and discuss what ScalixAI would change, why, and how success would be measured before you commit.

Frequently asked
‍questions

What does Scalix AI do?

Scalix AI runs Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for B2B SaaS and AI companies between Seed and Series B, along with conversion tracking, attribution, and conversion rate optimization. It is a paid media specialist rather than a full-service marketing agency.

How much does Scalix AI cost?

Flat fees range from $6,000 to $12,000 per month. Google Search is $6,000, Full Stack Google is $10,000, LinkedIn Demand is $6,000, and Full Funnel across both channels is $12,000. A thought leadership ads add-on is $1,000 per month. There is no percentage of ad spend and no setup fee. Ad budget is separate and paid by the client.

Does Scalix AI charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. All plans are flat monthly fees, so the fee does not rise when ad budget rises.

Is there a long-term contract?

There is a three-month minimum, after which the engagement runs month to month and can be cancelled without penalty.

Who founded Scalix AI?

Waqas Khokhar, a former Senior Growth Manager at Google who spent nine years inside the company and managed more than $1B in ad spend.

What results has Scalix AI delivered?

Published case studies include $1.2M closed-won and $7M influenced pipeline for Delve over six months, more than $1M closed-won for Oneleet from a cold start, $856K influenced revenue and 25 closed-won deals for Wispr Flow in 90 days, and 90 or more qualified demos with 17 signed clients for Arini in one quarter.

What size company does Scalix AI work with?

B2B SaaS and AI companies roughly between $500K and $20M ARR, Seed to Series B, with an average contract value above $5,000 and at least one account executive closing deals.

How long does it take to see results?

The first meaningful read typically lands in month three, because most B2B SaaS sales cycles run 60 to 90 days from first click to closed deal. Tracking and structure work happen in the first two weeks, and demo volume usually moves before revenue does.

Does Scalix AI run both Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads?

Yes, and the Full Funnel tier runs them as one system with cross-channel attribution so LinkedIn-created demand is not written off when it converts later through branded search.

Does Scalix AI build landing pages?

No. It provides written landing page copy recommendations and a day 30 conversion analysis, but design and development are not included. Video production is also excluded.
